In describing this collection, Timothy writes, "Coming from a major politically-active city such as Berkeley, it is not too difficult to pass by some sort of rally or demonstration. In the past week, Ann Coulter, a social and political commentator, was scheduled to speak on the University of California Berkeley campus. However, she withdrew the day before her speech due to safety concerns. Despite her absence, supporters organized an impromptu free speech rally, which took place on April 27. Gavin McInnes, a Canadian writer and the co-founder of Vice Media, was one of the substitute main speakers for this rally. The entire event lasted around 4 hours and provided a new perspective on peaceful rallies in Berkeley."
